Join Mariel for a 2 hour workshop that will help you build your strength and confidence in inversions. Explore new territory in your yoga practice and learn the tools to work with your fear so you can accomplish your dreams.
The workshop will start with a fun and energetic flow, before moving on the partner exercises. These exercises will focus on going upside down, mostly in handstand, with the security of a partner to spot. We will wind down with some ab exercises and deep stretches, ending with a nice long savasana.
