Join Mariel on June 15th from 1:30-3:30pm for a 2 hour Yin Yang Yoga Flow Workshop combining a strong, dynamic Mandala yoga flow that will allow students plenty of opportunities to dive deeper into poses and arm balances with a softer Yin practice to relax and calm the nervous system. See how mindful movement can unlock and realign our energy centres and how slowing things down can teach us to let go, delving further into our inner experience.
The Yang practice will help to strengthen and tone the body as we synchronise movement with breath allowing us to fall into a meditative flow. The Yin practice will help to stimulate the energy channels as it improves flexibility and joint mobility, reducing stress and anxiety and preparing the body for final meditation in savasana. Mariel’s classes are always combined with carefully curated playlists and topics/readings for self reflection. You won’t want to miss this!
